Privacy notice

AutoLab360 Pty Ltd (ACN 612 731 996) runs AutoLab360 Inspect. This notice explains what we collect when you pre-register, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, business name, country (and state, in Australia), the number of inspectors in your business, your approximate monthly inspections, and, if you choose to give them, your mobile number and how you write reports today. We also keep a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address, only to stop automated spam. We do not store the address itself.

Why we collect it

To reserve your 30-day free trial, to contact you about the launch of AutoLab360 Inspect and your trial, and to understand which inspection businesses are interested so we build the right product. We will not sell your details or use them to market unrelated products.

Who can see it

AutoLab360 and the software developer who builds the product for us. We do not share them with anyone else.

Analytics on this website

On this website's public pages (the home page, About, the sample report and this notice) we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and where on a page they click and scroll. These tools use cookies and similar storage, and Google and Microsoft process this information for us. Clarity hides what you type into forms, and we never send your name, email address or phone number to either tool.

They never run inside the AutoLab360 Inspect app, on sign-in pages, on shared reports or on training records, so inspection, customer and vehicle information never reaches them.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is stored until they choose. Anyone can change their choice here: Cookie settings

Where it is kept

Pre-registrations and, once you use the app, your inspection data are kept in a database in Sydney, Australia (Neon, on Amazon Web Services). Photos and files are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage. The app is hosted on Vercel, whose servers can be in other countries. Businesses outside Australia: your data is held in Australia unless we agree otherwise with you.

If you don't give us these details

We can't reserve a trial for you or let you know when AutoLab360 Inspect opens.

Access, correction and removal

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@autolab360.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or the privacy regulator in your own country.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or 24 months after launch if you have not opened an account, whichever comes first.
